First time Integrated stretch blow molding ( ISBM ) technology in KSA

  • Which enable us to produce and fill products in vials (50 , 100 ml ) I.V solution in double port bottles ( 250 , 500 ml ) and irrigation Bottles with screw caps of 1000 ml
  • ISBM technology enable us to use Polypropylene resin which produce a full transparent containers that can be sterilized at 121 degrees centigrade with fully cGMP compliance for container sterility

Bag forming and filling machine technology

  • It is an integrated production process for the Manufacture-Fill-Seal process of infusion bags
  • Size format from 50 ml twin port bags up to 2000 ml bags
  • Filled and sealed bags are produced in an automated process without further intermediate steps. This procedure allows simple process monitoring and substantially reduces the risk of contamination.
  • Mainly multi-layer film materials, amongst other things based on polyolefins (e.g. PP, PE) and PVC and EVA are processed on Form Fill Seal lines. Machine and component design are designed for the highest possible productivity and lowest possible consumption of materials.
