Getting Started
Downloading the App
Visit your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android
or App Store for iOS)
Search for "Attendees App"
Download and install the application
Once installed, tap on the app icon to launch
Login Process
When you open the app for the first time, you will be
directed to the login screen
Enter your ticket ID or the email address used during event
registration and click on Next
The system will send a one-time password (OTP) to your
registered email address
Enter the OTP in the verification screen
Upon successful verification, you will be logged into the app

Home Dashboard
After logging in, you'll land on the home dashboard, which serves as your central navigation
hub. The dashboard provides quick access to all features:

The bottom navigation bar provides quick access to the most frequently used

Event Features
Event List
Each event card shows the event name, date, venue, and a brief
description
Tap on any event to view its detailed information
Join live streaming sessions directly from the home screen
Event Details
Upon selecting an event, you'll see comprehensive information about
it:
Event overview with date, time, and venue details
Description of the event
Quick access buttons to key sections:
- Agenda
- Speakers

- Floor map

My Badge & QR Code
Access it by tapping the "My Badge" option in the event details page
View your personalized badge with your name, organization, and
attendee type
A unique QR code is generated for identification and networking
purposes
The QR code can be scanned by exhibitors and other attendees to
connect with you
Tap "Save to Gallery" to download your badge for offline access
Event Content
Agenda
Tap on "Agenda" from the event details page to access the complete
schedule
Sessions are arranged chronologically, displaying time, title, and
location
Tap on any session to view detailed information:
- Session description
- Hall/room location
- Speakers participating in the session
- Session duration
- Session category/track
Speakers
Access the Speakers section from the event dashboard
Browse the alphabetically arranged list of speakers
Use the search function to find specific speakers
Tap on any speaker to view their detailed profile:
- Name and designation
- Organization
- Biography
- Contact information (if provided)
- Social media links
- Related sessions they're participating in
Tap on a related session to navigate directly to that session's
details
Exhibitors
From the dashboard, tap on the "Exhibitors" option
Browse the list of exhibitors alphabetically or by category
Tap on any exhibitor to view their profile:
- Company description
- Booth location
- Team members present at the event
- Product categories
- Contact information
Gallery Showcase
You get to see the daywise events in the Media Gallery section.
Sponsors
Access the Sponsors section from the dashboard
Sponsors are typically categorized by sponsorship level (Platinum, Gold,
Silver, etc.)
Tap on any sponsor to view their profile:
- Company description
- Sponsorship level
- Contact information
- Website link
- Social media handles
Floor Map
Access the Floor Map from the event details page
View a detailed layout of the venue with marked locations for:
- Exhibitor booths
- Session halls
- Networking areas
- Refreshment zones
- Restrooms
- Entry/exit points
Use the zoom in/out gestures to navigate the map
Tap on specific locations to get more information
Networking Features
Connect with Attendees
Tap on "Connect with Attendees" from the dashboard
Browse the list of attendees who have opted to be visible in the
app
Tap on an attendee's profile to view their details
Send connection requests by tapping the "Connect" button
Once a connection request is accepted, you can chat with the
attendee
QR Scanning
Access the QR scanner from your profile section
Point your camera at another attendee's QR code
Once scanned, you'll see their profile information
Send a connection request directly from the scan result page
Chat Community
Access the Chat Community from the bottom navigation bar
View all your connections and ongoing conversations
Tap on any connection to open the chat interface
Exchange messages, share contact information, or discuss meeting points
Personal Settings
Profile Management
Tap on the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar
View and edit your personal information:
- Name and designation

Save changes by tapping the "Update Profile" button
Notification Center
Access Notifications from the bottom navigation bar

Access your Contact List from the Profile section
View all connections made during the event
Search for specific contacts by name or organization
Export contacts to your device's address book by tapping the
"Export" button
Remove connections by swiping left on a contact and tapping
"Remove"
